Thai Cooking Class
In this class you will learn the basics of Thai cooking using typical flavourings such as lemongrass, coconut milk, fish sauce and lime leaves.
To give you an idea......previous classes in have included a selection of the following: Fresh Thai Spring Rolls [made with Rice Paper Wrappers], Wontons, Mixed Satay, Prawn Toasts, Sweet Chilli Sauce, Chicken Penang Curry, Spicy Prawn Curry, Thai Green Vegetable Curry, Red Duck Curry, Crispy Noodle Nests, Sticky Rice with Mango and Thai Chilli Sorbet.
