These evening courses are a great way to meet like-minded people who enjoy cooking and good food. It is also a very sociable way to spend a few hours - cooking and eating in an informal atmosphere!

Many people come to these classes on their own, some bring a friend and sometimes their partner - the session is intended to resemble an evening cooking and eating with friends!

What our guests say about this course.........

Just to say thanks - not just for a fantastic day - we both enjoyed it tremendously, but also for helping with the skills and mini tests for Duke Of E - above and beyond duty!! We're both looking forward to the next one, and have plans to cook a Thai supper next weekend. Wish us luck.
From Sue [who attended the Thai Saturday Kitchen cookery class]
Sue's daughter, Alice, also attended the class as part of her Duke of Edinburgh Award "learning a new skill"

Hi Sarah, Just wanted to say thanks for Saturday's Try Thai course. We both really enjoyed it - and definitely feel more confident. It was a fun way to learn more about cooking. I told my brother all about it and he has a couple of friends who he thinks would love the chilli course - and might even get a group booking so they can all do it together....... We'd like to come back for another - and take advantage of the free place I won...........
From Sarah [who came on the Thai cookery course and brought her partner Anthony with her for his Christmas present. Sarah also won our Win a Cookery Course Competition at the end of 2006]
