Thai Cooking Class

In this class you will learn all about Thai cooking using typical flavourings such as lemongrass, coconut milk, fish sauce and lime leaves. We will focus on a range of Thai street food and Royal Thai cuisine recipes.
We will cook a range of finger food, authentic Thai curries, our own special sweet chilli sauce and refreshing Thai chilli sorbet to finish - there's something for every fan of Thai cookery on this menu. Pastes are made completely from scratch on this course
This is authentic Thai cuisine where all spices and techniques will be explained in full. This food is ideal for entertaining your friends and honing your kitchen skills. Recipes vary for each course date according to food allergies, known dislikes and any known interests of the participants on the day - so please ask if you wish to know menus for individual course dates.
