This cookery class is inspired by Spanish cookery and Tapas!

Introducing fresh, locally sourced ingredients alongside more exotic speciality foods we will create lots of small dishes of food for this Spanish Tapas cookery course.

Pimientos de Padron [Spanish peppers fried in olive oil and sea salt, pictured below left] are featured when in season plus chorizo, marinated cheese and many other tasty recipes!

Spanish Tapas - Courgette in Vinaigrette!

To give you an idea.........the menu usually features a selection of the following [according to season]:
Marinated Manchego Cheese, Potato & Ham Tortilla, Vegetarian Tortilla with Herbs & Cheese, Chorizo & Garlic, Marinated Mushrooms, Courgette in a Vinaigrette Dressing, Meatballs with Spicy Salsa, Mojete [a vegetable dip made with peppers and tomatoes], Bunuelos [cheesey puffs - pictured on this page], Chicken with Garlic & Paprika, Asparagus with Ham and Cheese, Garlic Bread, Sticky Honey-baked Chicken, Mushrooms in a White Wine Sauce, Marinated Prawns, and we normally round off our meal with a refreshing Sorbet or ice cream.
