All the full day cookery courses include a lunch that is sometimes eaten in stages throughout the day. All the food that is prepared on the course is served, not taken home.
The recipes are served as a "tasting" of each dish so the emphasis is on grazing in small amounts rather than large plates of one dish. Please note that you do not start eating until you have prepared the first recipes and this is often after 1.30pm. It is wise to eat a good breakfast before you arrive and not to plan in a heavy meal in the early evening.
The Courses for Cooks one day cookery classes are all priced at £120 per person excluding Fish Advanced [this course is priced at £150 due to the maximum number of participants being restricted to 4] Groups are limited to 8 for all other indoor courses so book early to avoid disappointment.
