All the full day cookery courses include a multi-course lunch that is generally eaten in 2 stages throughout the day. All the food that is prepared on the course is served throughout the day and much of it will be eaten in the afternoon.
The recipes are served as a "tasting" of each dish so the emphasis is on grazing in small amounts rather than large plates of one dish. It adds up to a lot of food by the end of the day. Please note that you do not start eating until you have prepared the snack/starter recipe at around 1pm and a lot of the food will be eaten after 2.15pm. It is wise to eat a good breakfast before you arrive and not to planin a heavy meal in the early evening.
The Courses for Cooks one day cookery classes are all priced at £115 per person. Groups are limited to 8 for indoor courses so book early to avoid disappointment.
