On these full day hands on cookery courses we use the best seasonal ingredients to bring the fresh flavours of the Mediterranean into your cooking at home. The menus are served mezze-style and change according to seasonal produce availability and the needs of the guests. We usually feature a selection of these types of dishes:

Mediterranean cooking is a fusion of flavours from southern France, Spain, Italy, not forgetting Corsica, Sardinia and Sicily, Turkey, North Africa and Morocco. We cover a range of dishes from many of these places on these courses.
