On this full day cookery course we use the best seasonal ingredients to bring the fresh flavours of the Mediterranean into your cooking at home. The menu is served mezze-style and changes according to seasonal produce availability and the needs of the guests. We usually feature a selection of these types of dishes:

Please note that many popular Mediterranean ingredients [such as some fish/seafood, peppers, tomatoes etc] are not in season during February and March. If you want to check the likely menu please email or telephone before booking your date. Mediterranean cooking is a fusion of flavours from southern France, Spain, Italy, not forgetting Corsica, Sardinia and Sicily, Turkey, North Africa and Morocco. We cover a range of dishes from many of these places on these courses.
