Mediterranean Cookery Course
This cookery course features recipes from across the Med - from southern Europe to the eastern Mediterranean and not forgetting North Africa.
We will use the best seasonal ingredients to bring the fresh flavours of the Mediterranean into your cooking at home. The menu usually features a selection of dishes from this list: Greek Spanokopita [a light spinach and feta filo pie], Spicy Lamb Flatbread [from the Middle East], a Moroccan Tajine, Mediterranean Fish recipes, couscous, dips/snacks and other light and healthy recipes.
Mediterranean cooking is a fusion of flavours from southern France, Spain, Italy, not forgetting Corsica, Sardinia and Sicily, Turkey, North Africa and Morocco. The Mediterranean diet is considered to be one of the healthiest around.
