Mediterranean Cookery Classes in Nottingham!

This one day cookery course features recipes from across the Med - from southern Europe to the eastern Mediterranean and not forgetting North Africa.

This cooking class uses the best seasonal ingredients to bring the fresh flavours of the Mediterranean into your cooking at home.

Mediterranean cooking is a fusion of flavours from southern France, Spain, Italy, Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily, Greece, Turkey and Morocco. The Mediterranean diet is considered to be one of the healthiest around - so on this course you will find light dishes such as Greek Spanakopita [spinach, feta filo pie], Greek Tzatziki, a light fish dish [in the past with have cooked Bream with a sweet and sour Red Onion Relish] and a Moroccan Tajine. These sit alongside less healthy [but still delicious] recipes like Middle Eastern Lamb Flatbread and Italian Pesto Dip.

Please note that this course will change according to season - we don't do salads and fresh tomatoes in the winter - but we do cook a tajine with seasonal winter veg. Course dates in warmer months will feature more summer-style recipes.

This course is available to groups of 6 people. Due to high demand for other courses it is not currently featured on our usual availability page.
