If you want to learn more about making and cooking pasta then this is for you! There will be a pasta making demonstration and the chance to have a go at rolling/shaping pasta on this course. Likely recipes include: Grissini [Italian Breadsticks] served with Pesto Dip, Scallop Spiedini, a seasonal pasta recipe, Risotto, a fish recipe [varies according to fish in season] and Quick Tiramisu.
This course will bring the best seasonal ingredients and fresh Italian recipes into your daily cooking at home.
