An Authentic Indian Certificated Cookery Training Course designed solely around taking your Indian cooking techniques and understanding up to the next level using professional cooking skills.

An ideal next step for many catering professionals and advanced amateur cooks - learning to use techniques that can be adapted for the home and restaurant. Each participant will undertake every cooking technique across the week - maximum 4 in class! This is a CERTIFICATED COURSE - where we will provide a certificate once all modules have been completed by the participant - useful for any good CV!

Recipes are taken from our travels around India from detailed research of cooking techniques used in Indian homes and businesses.

Typical recipes normally include these types of recipes: Papadi Chaat, Kohlapuri, Sambhar, Paneer Tikka, Goan Xacuti, Murgh Haryali, Keralan Fish Curry, Naan, Paratha, Bhurji, Dosa, Uttapam, Chatni and much more! A range is completed across the week with parts of some sessions allocated to participant creativity and recipe development.

This is a professional, intensive training course aimed at serious cooks only. We will work at pace and you need to have strong cooking skills in order to keep up. This is not a course where individuals can get lost in a crowd or pick and choose which parts they complete - there will be maximum of 4 participants on any date - so that we can cover a huge amount of ground in a short space of time. This is HANDS ON and INTENSIVE

Less Advanced cooks should attend an intensive skills day to bring you up to speed before undertaking this professional course to ensure that you will be able to keep up.

This 5 Day course is available from May 2012 and costs £750 per person or £1400 for 2 people booking together [saving £100] - For groups of 2-4 people you can book your own date!

Course times are: 10.30am to 3.30pm Mon, 9am to 4pm Tue to Thurs, and 9am to 2.30pm on Friday.
