All recipes prepared are dishes that can be completed within a 2 hour class [with time allowed for briefing and eating] and will therefore translate easily into your everyday cooking at home. The recipes are undertaken as a group, you work in pairs to complete a range of dishes each evening.
At around 8.30pm soft drinks are provided alongside an informal tasting of all the final dishes - so you can grab a stool each and taste the results of everyone's labours. Please note that this is not a formal meal so it is wise to eat something light before coming to these classes.
All these clases can cater for beginners [if you tell me in advance] but they are also designed so that those with more experience can get new ideas, develop their skills further, or just have a sociable evening of cooking with like-minded people.
