Indian Cookery Course - Sociable Evening Cookery Courses in Nottingham - Poppadoms and relishes

If you would like to do Indian cookery as a full day course then Click Full Day Indian cookery course to read about the full day class.

The evening Indian cooking classes are called Curry Night and Curry Night 2 and we are developing a brand new menu for those of you who would like to return after doing the original class.

Recipes for the original Curry Night courses have featured a selection of these recipes: Vegetable Pakoras, Onion Bhaji, Poppadoms with raitas and relishes [including Mango Chutney], Chicken Tikka Masala, a Creamy Vegetable Curry, Sag Paneer, Hot Fish Curry and Naan breads [the dessert is made in advance of the class but the recipe is provided].

Curry Night 2 will feature a whole new set of recipes - with no repetition from courses run in 2007. The menu will be written in the Autumn of 2008 so please enquire if you would like more detail.

On these evening curry courses participants cook a 2-course supper, of around 6 easy recipes, as a group [dessert is also included but will be prepared in advance].

Indian Cookery Course - Cookery Classes in Nottingham - poppadoms

Many thanks for a really enjoyable evening on Thursday! We're looking forward to putting our new found skills into practice. Hopefully, we'll be up the road to you for another course before too long.
From Steve & Sarah [who came along to the evening course - spurred on by recommendation from some friends who had been to the Thai evening course]

The final menu for each course is subject to change [due to produce availability] and I also amend the menu to accommodate allergies/major dislikes where possible.

These evening courses are a great way to meet like-minded people who enjoy cooking and good food. It is also a very sociable way to spend an evening - cooking and eating in an informal atmosphere!

Many people come to these classes on their own, some bring a friend or their partner - the evening is intended to resemble an evening cooking and eating with friends and the last few Indian courses have been just like that!
