Curry / Thali Night - Evening Indian Cookery Class
This evening taster course gives you the chance to try a number of Indian Thali-style dishes.
We cook around 6 or more recipes as a team on the night. We will include recipes that can be made from scratch quickly so that they can easily be translated into your weekly menus at home. The menu is designed to suit all tastes and the group will serve it all up as an informal tasting just before the end of each class [around 8.30pm].
Likely menus feature something along the lines of Spicy Lamb Kebab, Sweet Potato Bhaji with Cucumber Raita, Muttar Paneer, Coconut Spiced Chicken, Fresh Prawns with Fenugreek and Spring Onion, Spiced Chickpeas, and Tandoori Roti. Everything is easily transferable to your cooking at home but there is also plenty of variety of dishes for you to impress your friends with later.
