The structure of this course is designed to meet criteria for the Skills Section of Duke of Edinburgh Awards

Teenagers not undertaking the Duke of Edinburgh Award can book onto any of the 3 days at any time - but they must complete Day 1 before booking onto Day 2 or 3. Day 1 includes basic background knife and cooking skills that enable the student to progress onto the other days.
Updated 28th July - Course dates are limited and can become booked up quickly for some school holidays - please contact us early to avoid disappointment.
More dates are added according to known demand. Please do not leave it until the week before a class to book in - or you may find it is booked up or has been cancelled due to lack of interest.
IF YOU BOOK IN DURING THE 7 DAYS PRIOR TO A COURSE RUNNING THEN PLEASE NOTE THAT CLASSES ARE PLANNED A WEEK AHEAD OF EACH DATE AND WE WILL NOT AMEND THE MENU FOR ANY DISLIKES
