Course dates are limited and can become booked up quickly for some school holidays - please contact us early to avoid disappointment.
Teenagers not undertaking the Duke of Edinburgh Award can book onto any of the 3 days at any time - but they must complete Day 1 before booking onto Day 2 or 3. Day 1 includes basic background knife and cooking skills that enable the student to progress onto the other days.
Updated 8th March - I am now booking in students for the course that starts in the Easter holiday 2010 - please enquire if the dates don't suit you and I will arrange more if there is enough interest.
