The Caribbean Cookery Course is perfect for getting ready for the summer!
Tropical fruits, Scotch Bonnet chilli peppers, spicy seasoning and rum infusions will help us to create some vibrant dishes on this day! Fruity marinades that will add intense flavour and Caribbean accompaniments will also be featured.
The Caribbean cookery course would normally include some of the following recipes [menu changes according to season]............Rum & Coconut Shrimp with Pineapple Anise Chutney, Jerk Pork, Spicy Cornbread, Stuffed Swordfish or Tuna [with a surprising sauce that I am not giving away], Pina Colada Ice Cream, Tropical Meringues and more!
