The Cajun and Creole Cookery course is unique and brings a taste of Louisiana into your cooking.

Starters for this course may include something along the lines of Louisiana Crab Dip with Crispy Cajun Dippers, Sour Cream & Spinach Dip, and Cajun Cream Cheese Balls [using homemade cheese]

Additional courses could be Cajun Pan-fried Sea Bass with Mardi Gras Salad, Jambalaya, Creole Ratatouille, and finally Bananas Foster [where we set the rum on fire] with Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream!
