"Courses for Cooks" came about from my interest in simple, fresh, and often unusual cooking that is packed with flavour. Wherever possible [and sensible] I use seasonal ingredients and local suppliers. The menus have been designed so that you can easily transfer what you learn to your cooking at home. This is an opportunity to enhance or transform the way you cook and eat - with minimal effort and maximum style!
These cookery workshops in Nottingham will allow you to rapidly expand your understanding of worldwide cuisine – without massive commitment in terms of your time and money. It’s also a great way to spend a weekday evening or a whole day – having fun in the kitchen with like-minded people.
I offer sociable, informal, hands on cooking classes. This relaxed cookery school experience is intended to resemble a session ‘cooking with friends’ as we tackle our menu as a group in a large, fully equipped home kitchen.
